The earliest known, multi-floor plans of the Stone Distillery (Buildings 2-6), Rectifying Tower (Building 32), Maltings (Buildings 35 & 36) and nearby structures date from the mid-1860s and were drawn by an unknown hand. They indicate early uses and placement of some equipment. There are two plans for the ground floor and second floor of the structures. A plan labeled with later building numbers is provided.
