By the 1930s, antifreeze had become big business, so canning operations were focused in the old bottling building. Near the end of the life of the distillery, Larry Turner documented the fourth-floor scale tank loft in the Cannery, with its Fairbanks tank scales lined up along the western wall.

Dans les années 1930, l’antigel était devenu un produit très important si bien que sa mise en bouteille a été concentrée dans l’ancien bâtiment de mise en bouteille. Quelques années avant la fermeture de la distillerie, Larry Turner photographia le quatrième étage avec les balances à réservoir Fairbanks alignées le long du mur ouest de ce bâtiment.
