Scales were used at the distillery to measure everything from raw materials to finished products. At the Cannery, scales like these were used to identify containers filled with antifreeze that were “over” and “under” weight.

Les balances étaient utilisées dans la distillerie pour mesurer tout, des matières premières jusqu’aux produits finis. Dans le bâtiment de mise en bouteille (Cannery), les balances comme celles-ci servaient à peser les contenants d’antigel pour savoir s’ils étaient remplis correctement ou non.
