The “stillman” photographed for Gooderham & Worts’ Alcohol in Industry monitors multi-storey Badger beer and other distilling columns from a small control panel located on the second floor of the distillery. Control panels were relatively flexible, being added and replaced at various times.

Le distillateur, photographié pour la publication « Alcohol in Industry » (L’alcool dans l’industrie) de Gooderham & Worts, surveille les colonnes à bière et à distiller du système Badger de plusieurs étages à partir d’un petit tableau de commande situé au second étage de la distillerie. La relative flexibilité des paneaux permettait d’en ajouter et d’en retirer selon les époques.
